Breckenridge Real Estate Market Report - April 2016

The increase in average sales price and price per square foot is likely due to the low inventory the Breckenridge real estate market is currently experiencing.  Currently there are 216 active Breckenridge property listings which equates to approximately 105 days of inventory.  As we enter spring and summer, inventory levels are expecting to increase giving Buyers more options when looking to purchase a property in the Summit County real estate market.
