In January a 562 square foot 1-bedroom sold for $260,000 at $462/square foot. A top floor 2-bedroom sold in January as well for $393,000 at $454/square foot. Another 2-bedroom sold in June for $380,000 at $413/square foot, this was also a top floor condo. These four sales in Copper One Lodge sold on average at 94% of the list price. The average sales price per square foot in 2012 was $427 with one sale while the average so far in 2013 is $444/square foot. It appears the Copper Mountain Real Estate market is recovering with more sales and prices are starting to show signs of improving as well.
