The Shores at the Highlands is a relatively new subdivision of Breckenridge Real Estate. This luxury development features 3 and 4 bedroom paired residences (duplexes with a distinctive, single family feel) located along the serene shores and gold medal fishing waters of the Blue River.  The subdivision consists of 30 lots with the potential of 60 total residences.  Currently, 6 buildings or 12 residences are completed and all but one have been sold.
