In the first 4 months of 2011 the Summit County Real Estate Market has drastically improved over the previous two years, 2009 and 2010.

When comparing the first 4 months of 2010 to 2011 the Number of Transactions are up +25% and the Sales Volume is also up +29%.
If you compare those same first 4 months of transactions for 2009 to 2011 the Number of Transactions are up +65% and the Sales Volume is up +41%.
2008 is included on the chart above because Summit County's Real Estate Market did not heavily feel the economic pressures until October 2008.
It appears the Summit County Real Estate Market is on the upswing. There are still some great deals to be found but they are starting to disappear.
