Summit County Colorado Market Update
1st & 2nd Quarters 2011
Although still considerably lower than previous years, transactions for the first two quarters of 2011 are up from 2009 and 2010, a sign that activity in the Summit County Real Estate Market is on the rise and possibly on the way to recovery. We have seen an increase in showings, pending properties and sales in our market for the first two quarters which continues as we approach the 4th of July Holiday - typically the beginning of our summer selling season.
Currently there are 129 properties under contract/pending in Summit County Real Estate. July 1-31, 2010 saw 57 properties sell.
