The Summit County Colorado Real Estate Market is showing an upward trend as the number of residential transactions so far this year has increased over 10% compared to same time period in 2010.

While the number of transactions has increased, the volume is down 4.59%.  This shows that Buyers are having more confidence in the Summit County Real Estate Market and that prices are still down in Summit County Real Estate.  This is great news for buyers looking to get into the market at a reduced price.  Some Buyers are currently purchasing properties with prices dating back to 2005.
