Purchase Your Epic Ski Pass to Ski/Board Summit County Ski Resorts
Now is the time to purchase your Epic Ski Pass before prices increase on October 16, 2011. Yesterday we saw our first accumulation of snow in town which means the snow is already starting to build at the local ski areas. If you plan on visiting Summit County Colorado this winter and skiing or riding at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Ski Resort or Arapahoe Basin make sure you purchase your ski pass while prices are still guaranteed up until October 16, 2011.
Here are the Ski Pass options:
Epic Pass -- Adults $649 Child $329
- This pass gives you unlimited, no black out date access to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Heavenly and Northstar.
- Six Ski-With-A-Friend discount tickets are loaded to your pass, just visit the ticket window with your friend, present your pass and your friend will receive a discounted lift ticket, prices vary by season.
Epic Local Pass (formerly the Colorado Pass) -- Adult $499 Teen $379 Child $249
- Perfect for the Summit County local or visitor who mainly skis/rides in Summit County with unlimited access to Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. There are limited restrictions at Heavenly and Northstar. You will also receive 10 restricted days at Beaver Creek and Vail. Beaver Creek, Vail, Heavenly and Northstar are restricted 11/25-11/26, 12/26-12/31, 1/14, 2/18-2/19.
- Six Ski-With-A-Friend discount tickets are loaded to your pass, just visit the ticket window with your friend, present your pass and your friend will receive a discounted lift ticket, prices vary by season.
Epic 7-Day Pass -- Adult $499 Child $249
- This gives you 7 unrestricted tickets that are valid at 7 world class ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, Heavenly and Northstar.
- Six Ski-With-A-Friend discount tickets are loaded to your pass, just visit the ticket window with your friend, present your pass and your friend will receive a discounted lift ticket, prices vary by season.
Summit Value Pass -- Adult $409 Teen $319 Child $209
- Access to unlimited skiing/riding at Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Limited restrictions at the Breckenridge Ski Area, dates restricted are 11/25-11/26, 12/26-12/31, 1/14, 2/18-2/19.
- Six Ski-With-A-Friend discount tickets are loaded to your pass, just visit the ticket window with your friend, present your pass and your friend will receive a discounted lift ticket, prices vary by season.
- Also ski Heavenly and Northstar with half priced tickets.
With the Epic Ski Passes you will have access to EpicMix. EpicMix keeps track of all your ski/ride time. You can track the days you have skied, your vertical feet, what trails you were on, and more. Vail Resorts has also rolled out a new program called EpicMix Photo. This year the photographers on the mountain can scan your pass, take your picture and the photo will automatically load to your EpicMix profile online. From there you can share the photo on facebook and twitter or purchase a copy.
Also new this year is that Vail Resorts has partnered with Shaun White. Every epic pass purchased, adult or child and Vail Resorts will donate $5 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
