The Keystone Colorado home market is recovering similar to the rest of the Summit County real estate market. In 2013 there were 22 sales compared to 27 Keystone CO home sales in 2012. However, this is still an improvement over 2008 when there were only 8 sales and 2009-2011 when there were only 14-15 sales each year. Keystone Colorado home sales are on the rebound with prices stabilizing and the number of sales continues to be back to 2005/2006 levels in the Keystone Colorado real estate market.
As you can see in the chart above, the average sales price for Keystone Colorado homes has begun to level out with only a -1.5% decrease in the average sold price from $978,213 in 2012 to $963,580 in 2013. The most expensive Keystone CO home for sale was built in 2007 with 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, 4,644 square feet listed for $1,995,000 ($430/SF).
