Currently, there are 497 actively listed residential properties for sale in Summit County, Colorado. With 1,960 sales in 2015, this equates to approximately 3 months worth of inventory. Now that many of the Summit County ski resorts are closed for the season, we are expecting the number of listings coming on the market this spring/early summer to increase. How quickly this new inventory will go under contract and come off the market is yet to be seen, but Spring and early summer are ideal times to list properties for sale and in turn, look at properties in person as properties are not as frequently rented and can more easily be seen.
