Great Rubber Duck Race (Sept 3rd) – See who swims the fastest! Come spectate as the thousands of small rubber ducks make their way down the Blue River through Breckenridge for a great cause. While individual ducks can be purchased for just $5, a Six Quack will run you $25, a Bakers Dozen of 13 ducks is $50 and a Golden Flock including 26 ducks costs $100. Great Divide Art Festival (Sept 3, 4, 5th) – Featuring over 100 artists with a wide range of mediums including photography, wood, glass, jewelry, and pottery. The festival is located at N. Main Street at Wellington and will run from 10am – 4pm each day.

Concert Series at Dillon Amphitheatre (Sept 2nd & 3rd) – Nestled on the shores of the Dillon Reservoir, this open-air venue plays host to music genres that appeal to all. Whether you want to get up and dance or simply enjoy a Summit County sunset, the Dillon Amphitheatre allows for both with world-class entertainment. This weekend enjoy The Flobots on Friday night and Dead Horses on Saturday night with an end of the summer fireworks show! Shows begin at 7pm.
Farmer’s Market (Sept 2nd) – Enjoy the harvests of the season! The Dillon Farmer’s Market offers live music, handmade crafts, artesian goods, and farm-fresh produce. The market runs Friday’s on Buffalo Street from 9:00am – 2:00pm.
Copper
Copper Country (Sept 3 & 4th) – Celebrate Americana with free live music and a fine arts exhibition. The line-up will host America, JJ Grey & Mofro, Delbert McClinton, Richie Furay, John Batdorf, and The Long Players.

Campfire & Fireworks (Sept 3rd) – Make s’mores every Saturday night at West Lake in Center Village at dusk. This event is weather permitting.
