Ski Resort Upgrades Coming 2017/18 Season!

Have you been considering a Summit County, Colorado real estate upgrade? Vail Resorts, Inc. has been considering their upgrades for the local ski resorts for the 2017/2018 season and just announced some exciting news to improve the on-mountain guest experience.
The Breckenridge Ski Resort plans to upgrade the Falcon chair to carry six people versus four people at a time – a 25% increase in uphill capacity. The Falcon chair services Peak 10, the southernmost peak at Breckenridge Ski Resort, and offers intermediate to expert level terrain.
The Keystone Ski Resort is planning to make changes to LaBonte’s Smokehouse BBQ Restaurant at the top of the gondola. Plans will amend the restaurant to include an indoor facility that will add 150 seats. Guests will still enjoy the popular “beach” area with colorful Adirondack chairs to sip drinks and watch the crowds in the sun. In addition, Keystone aims to update the Montezuma Express Lift — the main access point to Dercum Mountain’s beginner and intermediate terrain with a six-person chair.
